Emotions and My Health


My emotions affect my health. This awareness is now being daily proven by science. I used to think that my emotions were something that happened somewhere in the air, but neuroscience is telling us that emotions occur in the body. This means that how I feel gets plowed straight into my physiology. The good news is, I can do something about how I feel. Wherever I am, I can feel one notch better. I don’t need to shoot for the moon, I don’t need to be phoney. My body will know the difference anyway, it won’t let me lie. What I do need to do is allow my mood to move slightly upwards, to feel just a touch better.
I pay attention to what I am feeling
