Today I dis-identify with my body and identify with that which is timeless, infinite and eternal. My body is the vehicle through which the spirit is made flesh. All of my body is contained within my mind, but all of my mind is not contained within my body. I am more than mere flesh – I am light and divine energy, a piece of eternity. When I know that I am more than my body, that my body is the vehicle through which soul is made manifest, then I can become a channel of transcendent, divine, God energy.

I am eternity, which is beyond body and mind.

This is an essential experience of any mystical revelation. . . . you identify yourself with the consciousness and life of which your body is but the vehicle you die to the vehicle and identify yourself with the consciousness of that of which the vehicle is only the carrier . . . identify behind the surface display of duality – all of these are manifestations of the one-the one shines through all things. This is the realization of God.
