This journal, designed to go with The Therapist’s Guide and DVD, provides a safe space in which the user can pour out their feelings as and whenever they come up throughout the course of a day. Each experiential group exercise, whether done in group or viewed on the DVD, has guided journaling that goes with what is experienced or seen. These exercises aid the writer in processing their emotions and translating them into meaningful language. Each exercise is specifically designed to illuminate the long term effects that relationship trauma can have along a life span.
